I know many people who are overeducated and have a vast amount of knowledge, they are smart, but they lack motivation, they lack the drive to take action. Great advice Geo, I agree that knowledge is important I also agree that you can acquire knowledge from many places other then just a higher education. Many times those that have street smarts tend to be more business savvy then those who have just book smarts.
